Hosting a Benefit Yard Sale?

The following items are sure to sell well:

​

CLOTHING: Clean items in good to excellent condition.  

ELECTRICAL: Clean electrical items, less than 10 years old, in good working condition.

FURNITURE: Good to excellent condition. 

HOUSEHOLD/KITCHEN: Clean items in good to excellent condition. Pots and pans without lids are acceptable.  Tupperware and other containers (cookie jars, canisters, etc.) sell better with lids, when applicable. Luggage in good condition (include lock combinations or keys when applicable).

BOOKS: Clean and resellable books.                  

TOYS: Games, stuffed animals, dolls, toys, and puzzles, complete with all necessary parts.

The following items do not sell well:

• Audio cassettes

• Automobile tires, rims, car radios and speakers

• Bedroom pillows, box springs and mattresses

• Oversized furniture/cabinets

• Computers or electronics older than 10 years

• "Box" TVs or computer screens

• Large plastic toys that are broken or missing pieces.
