KIDS' BRAINS & SCREENS
WORKSHOP

Screens have quietly woven themselves into every part of childhood—learning, play, friendships, and even rest. What once felt like a helpful tool has become a daily battle for many families, leaving parents wondering where to draw the line and how to do it well.

During the Kids’ Brains & Screens workshop, we help you pause the noise and take an honest look at what’s happening beneath the surface. Backed by neuroscience and real-life experience, this event helps parents understand how screens shape developing brains—and why today’s kids are more affected than ever before.

More importantly, this isn’t about fear or guilt. It’s about hope, clarity, and confidence. You’ll walk away with practical tools, clear boundaries that actually work, and encouragement that small, intentional changes can make a big difference.

Because childhood is short. Brains are still growing. And parents have more influence than they realize.

This dynamic 90‑minute workshop distills the core science from the Kids’ Brains & Screens curriculum, offering parents a clear understanding of how screens impact brain development and practical strategies to prevent or reverse screen addiction. Attendees also have the opportunity to participate in an optional Q&A session, ensuring real‑time support and clarity as they build healthier digital habits at home.
