Are you looking for a venue for your next event?

CHSRC has several options for rental space:

  • Small classroom; holds about 10 students.

  • Church auditorium; holds about 40 students seated at tables or up to 70 people in the pews.

  • Large yard; (approx. 1/3 acre) for outdoor events.

Due to CHSRC's agreement with our sponsoring church, First Reformed Presbyterian Church of Phoenix, all individuals/businesses/organizations that rent the facilities must have a Christian statement of faith.

CHSRC does not host evening events.  All events must be finished by 5pm.

Application fee is non-refundable/non-transferable and may be applied to your rental fee.

Renters agree to the following:

  6. Any damage will be charged at cost to restore the damaged area to its original condition.

  7. I agree to notify CHSRC if any special accommodations are needed. Additional charges may apply.

  8. CHSRC reserves the right to decline the rent of our facility for any reason.
