Important Parent Information

New for 2020-21: CHSRC is no longer offering 1st or 2nd grade classes or High School Chemistry.

Classes begin the week of Labor Day and go through May.
Please read the Parent Handbook and discuss rules and expectations with your student.
Please read and submit a current Medical Release Form for each student.
Please read, sign, and submit this Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Covid-19 and Participation in CHSRC Classes and Events form.
Please submit a Withdrawal Form if you wish to withdraw from a class.
Start-up fees are non-refundable and include registration fee, first/last months tuition, and book rental (if applicable).
Registration fee must be paid when submitting registration form; $65 per returning family, $75 per new family (includes first child). $10 for each additional child.
All class start-up fees must be paid no later than August 15th.
