Fry's Grocery Store Gift Card Fundraiser
How the Program Works Eligible Stores Ordering Cards Other Gift Cards Available at Fry's
Fry's Food stores and the other Kroger store affiliates offer a cash-back fundraiser program for schools and non-profit organizations. The rebate amount is between 3% and 6% based on the total volume of purchases by our card holders.
There are two time periods during the year: August 1- January 31 and February 1 thru July 31st. During this 6 month period, all dollar amounts loaded onto Frys cards sold thru CHSRC are totaled. We receive a percent rebate as follows:
a.. $2,000- $10,000- 3%
b.. $10,001- $25,000- 4%
c.. $25,001- $75,000 - 5%
d.. $75,001 and up - 6%
Checks are issued to CHSRC twice a year within 6-8 weeks after the accumulated period ends.
THE PROGRAM

Buy one or more Fry's gift card from CHSRC for $5.00 each.
(There is already $5 on the card). We track the card number to your CHSRC account.

You can only purchase a card from CHSRC, not at the store.

| Recharge it as often as you wish and use it for all your shopping. You must recharge prior to checkout for the purchase to count on the fundraiser. (Go to Customer Service or a cashier and pay for the recharge, then do your groceries.
These must be separate transactions.) |

When the funds are received, we credit all the money associated with your card to your account so it is available to you to use for ANY of our services.
|
|
Build up enough credit, and you can totally fund your books, classes, testing or anything else that you would purchase through CHSRC!

All of your friends and relatives may purchase cards through us, tell us that they want to be connected with your account, and we will track their card numbers and credit to your account as well. (Who do you know who buys groceries?)

|
Besides groceries, there are ways to credit all your purchases and bills by using your gift cards. (Pay your mortgage and get free money for school!)
|
Recharge the gift card with your Visa, and get points toward your airline miles.
|
|
Gift cards are like cash. The remaining money will stay on the card until its next use. You can reload the card up to $500 at a time.
|
|
Use the card for anything in the store, even gift cards.
|
|
Purchase a rechargeable Visa or Master Charge gift card for a one-time $10 activation fee. You can reload at no additional charge for as many times as you want.

|
Use the Visa card to pay for purchases anyplace that you shop, even online.
|
|
The Visa card may be usable for paying bills. Check with your companies to verify. Some places such as mortgage companies, will not accept credit cards to pay off loans.

If not directly workable to use the Visa with the bill companies, you can buy a money order and pay for it with the Fry's card, and send in the money order.

|
Eligible Stores: These cards are accepted at all Kroger owned stores throughout the U.S. and can be sent to family and friends out of state and still benefit our local organization as long as the card continues to get recharged and not remain at zero balance for 90 days. A list of stores is below:

Some gas stations even give discounts for swiping your Kroger card, and would probably accept payment from the Fry's gift card. **Unfortunately, Fry's Electronics is not a Kroger company, and therefore, the cards will not work there.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
a. If the magnetic strip will not work and the card number cannot be keyed in at the register, simply contact the Consumer Services Department at Fry's and they will issue another card for the balance that is on the original card.
b. These gift cards are like cash; if lost or stolen they will not be replaced.
c. If a card maintains a zero balance for 90 days, the gift card will become deactivated and another card will need to be purchased.
d. Supporters can always find the balance of their gift card by looking at the bottom of their latest receipt or calling the number on the back of the card.
HOW DOES ONE PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
1. Come in to the resource center and purchase one.
2. Mail in a request with a check for the number of cards desired and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Include your name, address, phone, email and the number of cards ordered.
